The first-ever Your Wedding Experience presented by David Tutera multi-city show debuted earlier this year, immediately becoming one of the most talked about, larger-than-life wedding experiences to ever hit the bridal market.
The show launched this past June in Atlanta, followed by Houston in August and wrapped in September with a sold out show in Philadelphia. Due to its tremendous success, Your Wedding Experience has scheduled seven additional show dates across the country in 2016 with plans to appear in new cities including Fort Lauderdale in May.
The one-of-a kind event, specifically tailored to engaged couples, was hosted by celebrity event planner and wedding extraordinaire David Tutera, with special guest, “Cake Boss” star Buddy Valastro and offered endless wedding inspiration, reputable industry experts and the best possible resources all under one roof. Over 7,000 brides, grooms, industry leaders, wedding professionals, planners, volunteers and press joined the 2015 launch of Your Wedding Experience presented by David Tutera, providing an overwhelming, positive response both verbally and through active social media engagement which included a total reach of nearly half million people.
2015 event highlights included celebrity meet and greets, custom cocktail lounges, custom DIY nail polish and perfume bars, a Ring Selfie station, a ‘Tips and Trends’ stage featuring special guest speakers, a Sweets Showcase judged by Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro, over-the-top Sweetheart tablescape designs judged by David Tutera, and an unforgettable interactive floral station created by The Texas State Florists’ Association, where brides and grooms could choose from a selection of more than 3,000 flowers to create their own take-home bouquet arrangement reflecting their own personal style, with the help of talented designers. In addition, attendees were invited to take a front row seat at the Wedding Catwalk fashion show hosted by Tutera that featured over 150 looks (including his own wedding collection David Tutera for Mon Cheri), and special celebrity guest models Keith Carlos--former NFL player and the first male winner of America’s Next Top Model and Josh Murray--winner of The Bachelorette.
Your Wedding Experience 2016 is already underway with confirmed dates in Philadelphia, February 28 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Houston, April 17 at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Fort Lauderdale, May 22 at the Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center, Atlanta, June 12 at the Georgia World Congress Center and three additional fall dates to be announced. One of many new highlights at Your Wedding Experience’s 2016 shows include, A Fresh Look Into the Wedding Industry session hosted by David Tutera, who will be joined by Preston Bailey in Philadelphia, Houston, and Fort Lauderdale.
