Three new restaurants are coming to The Gallery at Beach Place on Fort Lauderdale Beach, as the open air oceanside mall continues to add to its tenant mix of retailers, restaurants and attractions.
Con Murphy’s, a Philadelphia-based Irish pub and restaurant and Mana Poke, a Hawaiian restaurant, are slated to open in the spring of 2019. Both will be on the second floor and have signed 10-year leases, according to Joshua Greenwald, spokesman for Thor Equities, the leasing agent for The Gallery at Beach Place. Coming up on their heels in mid to late 2019 is Rascal Flatts, operated by the award-winning band of the same name, which will offer a contemporary dining experience for fans of both southern food and country music.
This year, popular fitness center The Gym Fort Lauderdale Beach leased 5,000 square feet on the first floor. Projections have the location opening in late winter/ early spring 2019. In addition to being Fort Lauderdale Beach’s only full service, open to the public gym, they will feature a full schedule of classes, personal training, and a cafe where protein smoothies, juices, and healthy grab and go food can be purchased.
Opening just in time for holiday and wedding season, is Orlando based, Crystal Ballroom. Featuring 13,000 sq ft of flexible indoor space and a semi-private rooftop terrace, the venue, best known for being a “one-stop-shop” for all of your party and event needs and all-inclusive design service make it an ideal venue to host everything from business conferences to weddings, parties, and quinceañeras.
Other new and notable businesses to open in the past year include Escapology, the upscale escape room game experience located on the 3rd floor, as well as international confectionery manufacturer and retail operator Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.
