Accessible from both Birch Road and Las Olas Circle, the Las Olas Garage is a state-of-the-art five-story facility that offers more than 650 parking spaces. Built by Skanska USA, the structure includes numerous amenities such as marquee signs displaying the number of available spaces, restrooms, bicycle lockers, 24-hour security, and an amenity deck on the top floor offering spectacular views of the Intracoastal and cityscape. An iconic façade wraps the building’s exterior, simulating the motion of waves and featuring a signature LED lighting component that blends cutting edge technology with architectural beauty.

Located beside the picturesque Atlantic Ocean, Oceanfront Park and Plaza will be the focal point of the new and improved Fort Lauderdale Beach and a central gathering place for engagement and interaction. Designed with multiple purposes in mind, the park and plaza will be home to festivals, art shows, music and cultural performances. It will serve as a destination for families, neighbors, and visitors complete with an interactive water feature for children, extensive green space, tree-lined sidewalks, an architectural canopy, a landscaped dune wall, and built-in seating.

Oceanfront Park and Plaza will be one of two waterfront parks included in the $49 million Las Olas Beach Park project. The second park, which will be located along the Intracoastal Waterway, will add nearly four acres of additional green space, landscape and streets-cape enhancements, and a new open-air promenade with wide walkways, seating areas, and LED lighting to create a dynamic environment that fully integrates the natural beauty of the water.
