The cocktail menu changes seasonally, but ever present is the OLD & SMOKEY (17) Bulleit Rye, Orange Bitters and Angostura Bitters, Brown Sugar, Cherry, Burnt Orange Peel and wheeled over on a cart holding a glass box with hickory and applewood smoke.
