Saturday Nite Alive

SATURDAY NITE ALIVE is a series of FREE events that features over 20 live entertainers/acts, dozens of street vendors, hotel and restaurant specials, reduced parking rates and trolley service with the Atlantic Ocean serving as the backdrop. The event showcases the Fort Lauderdale Beach destination to Tri-County area residents and visitors/tourists. Attendees can dine at 25 restaurants and outdoor cafes, enjoy cocktails at the many patio and oceanfront lounges and stroll along the beach for their choice of indoor or outdoor entertainment. Experience the Open House Feel of the hotel resort properties and your favorite Fort Lauderdale Beach spots while strolling along A1A.

ENTERTAINMENT/VENDORS: Over 20 live acts will be set up each event night on the sidewalk area on the west side of A1A to create “A Mile of Live Entertainment on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Acts range from a Jimmy Buffet style solo guitar player to stilt walkers and mimes. We will feature a Junkanoo Band as a highlight that will travel up and down A1A. The street also comes ALIVE with energy from the street vendors that provide for fun shopping and browsing.
