What is your favorite thing about your position as Executive Chef at Lago Mar Resort & Club? We offer a unique opportunity to feel like you’re on a tropical island with one of the most beautiful beaches in the country.
What do you love about the Fort Lauderdale Beach destination?
I love the crystal clear tropical water we have here and watching the cruise ships leave from the port on the beach..I have the opportunity to see this every week and it amazes me every time.
Where are some of your favorite places to go on Fort Lauderdale Beach? Things change – so a few years ago I would say the Elbo Room and the beach right in front of it. Now that I have a child I enjoy going to Fort Lauderdale Beach Park. It has the most amazing playground around with a view that I fell in love with when I first came down here 20 years ago.
What tips would you offer to those visiting our destination to help them get the most out of their Fort Lauderdale Beach visit. Fort Lauderdale Beach is quickly becoming a world-class dining destination thanks to all the hard working chefs and restaurateurs opening new restaurants.
