Fort Lauderdale Beach is the backdrop to a number of prestigious and varied events. For the music lover, make sure to mark your calendar for the 5th Annual Tortuga Music Festival, April 7-9 and the weekly FREE Friday Night Sound Waves Live Music series March – November at The Hub.

They don’t call Fort Lauderdale Beach “Yachting Capital” of the world for nothing, and our Marinas have played host to the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show for more than five-decades. Fitness fans can participate in nearly a dozen Charity Marathons and Fitness Challenges along our sandy shores.

Our area Restaurants, Resorts and Spas also get in on the fun, through participation in Spa Chic Month, Dine Out Lauderdale, and signature events of their own.

Fort Lauderdale Beach events are accessible for all ages too, from specialty tours at Bonnet House Museum and Gardens to the Great American Beach Party, Fourth of July Spectacular and Christmas favorite, Santa on the Beach.  So bookmark out site and visit often.
